Summary of rules:

Stockport County Supporters' Co-operative (Co-op) is formally known as "Stockport County Supporters' Society Limited" and is governed by the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority.

As with all other Supporters' Co-operatives and Supporters' Trusts, we are a member of Supporters' Direct a government backed organisation that promotes the voices of supporters to ensure that all clubs are well run on a sustainable basis.  More details about Supporters Direct can be found on their website: www.supporters-direct.org/.

The objectives of the Co-op are are detailed in the about us section.

As with all Co-operatives, all members are shareholders and all members are limited to owning no more than one share.  This entitles each member to vote at Annual General Meetings to vote on matters such as appointing board members and approving annual accounts.
